Program Name: PIRTEK Service Alerts
Program Description: PIRTEK Service Alerts is a transactional SMS notification program that sends job status updates, dispatch confirmations, and service completion notices to customers and staff who have opted in. Messages are sent by PIRTEK USA locations using the PIRTEK service management platform.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on service activity. You may receive up to one (1) message per job status update. Most users receive between 1–5 messages per service request.
Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider for details about your plan.
Opt-Out: To stop receiving SMS messages at any time, reply STOP to any message. You will receive a one-time confirmation and no further messages will be sent.
Help: For help, reply HELP to any message or contact your PIRTEK location directly.
